How it works

Targeted, anti-ageing laser solutions use a non-invasive dual-wavelength approach to sculpt and tighten any area of the body. It is a two step process that combines two wavelength modes for the best results. Firstly, Nd:YAG pulses are used to reduce fat by slowly heating fatty tissue and stimulating the metabolism of fat cells with an overall tightening effect. Then, Er:YAG laser source is used to stimulate collagen remodelling for a lasting, skin-smoothing effect.

Step 1: Deep skin tightening and fat reduction

The unique, super long Nd:YAG PIANO® pulse mode is designed for homogenous tissue heating by concentrating energy delivery to stimulate the metabolism of fat cells. Leaving the epidermis intact, this is a comfortable, safe and quick procedure that results in full-thickness bulk heating with an overall tightening effect.

Step 2: Skin surface laxity and collagen remodelling

The second stage consists of a revolutionary non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH® mode, ideal for skin smoothing and tightening. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating stimulates collagen remodelling and initiates neocollagenesis. The effects result in an overall improvement of laxity and elasticity of the treated areas.

The importance of wavelength

In order to achieve the desired results, a combination of wavelengths is required which can be provided by Fotona’s SP Line laser systems. The use of a two step process with two different laser sources within one system means a safe, effective and non-invasive alternative to laser lipolysis or surgical procedures, with no consumables and no downtime required for your client.
